ENOUGH ALREADY!!

Im not going to explain a thing. just look at the photos.  Please next time you see SUP surfer's out in the line up ask the lifeguards/Rangers to do their job and enforce all the laws/regs. Not just the laws for drinking and not displaying parking pass properly. The state need cash. I say start ticketing these vessels in or lineup. Its bound to be worth more then a $68 parking ticket.
